About · Team of one

One person, working like a small studio.

Pragma Labs is one person in Vietnam bringing applied AI into real life. No co-founders, no contractors, no roadmap committee — just a short loop between having an idea and putting it in front of someone.

What the lab works on

Two things, on purpose. One for people who are studying, one for people who are building.

Studykit

Live

Free practice tests for students — IELTS, TOEIC, SAT, tốt nghiệp THPT. The community supplies the tests, AI marks them and explains every answer, so nobody is stuck alone with a PDF at 1am.

MCP tools

Open source

MCP is how agents reach real systems, and most of the pain is in the wiring. mcpr makes every request visible, MCP Studio lets you test a server by hand and replay it later, and MCP Tunnel puts a local server on the internet.

How one person ships

The products are built with AI, and so is the work of building them. Three tools carry most of the weight.

01

Claude Code

Build

Writes and refactors most of the code. It turns a one-person team into something closer to a pair, which is the difference between an idea shipping this week and never shipping at all.

02

Claude for design

Design & brainstorm

Interfaces, naming, positioning, and the arguments against all of it. Working alone, the hardest thing to get is a second opinion — this is where it comes from.

03

Notion

Memory

Every idea, spec, and half-finished thought lives in one place. Nothing gets lost between sessions, which matters when there is no one else to remember it.

How it works in practice

An idea goes into Notion, gets argued with in Claude, gets built with Claude Code, and ships small. Then it either earns attention or it gets cut.

In the open

The developer tools are open source, issues and rough edges included.
